Unfortunately, for those thinking of trying it, the current issue is all about global warming. Very interesting but very mondocentric - I find bizarre biology (such as j0nz's post) and physics/engineering/technology far more exciting. I get the Scientific American magazine by subscription because it contains all sorts of genuinely exciting and interesting science - not that stuffy (though still interesting) stuff you learn at school…
