					<description>I get the Scientific American magazine by subscription because it contains all sorts of genuinely exciting and interesting science - not that stuffy (though still interesting) stuff you learn at school...

Unfortunately, for those thinking of trying it, the current issue is all about global warming. Very interesting but very mondocentric - I find bizarre biology (such as j0nz's post) and physics/engineering/technology far more exciting.</description>
