I think it is fair to say that we all expect David Cameron to make it through the next round of ballots and that he or another will be the choice we must make.
With that in mind it is a duty, as a Conservative, to learn as much about the candidates as possible. David Vance is not convinced of his merits but I have to say the first speech I have read hits all the right notes: 9 September 2005 speech.
