Want to meet a target? The good doctor explains how to in Blair’s England.

Of course we’d be much better off without targets and with some genuine looks at where the money is going (a read of the doc’s blog would be a good starting point).

    I intend to keep demonstrating the absurdity of most of these Stalinist targets, and the contortions and convolutions the NHS is going through trying to meet them……and in the meantime, health-care and tax payer’s money is going down the tubes.
