St George — the forgotten Patron Saint.
England is currently run by a small number of MPs who hold the casting vote but who do not answer to an electorate of any sort. Devolution brought this about and there are two solutions:
1. Reverse devolution
2. An English Parliament
Option one is unacceptable to those who vote for Plaid Cymru, the SNP or, in some cases, Labour in Scotland and Wales. Given that we cannot reverse devolution we must have an English Parliament to protect the interests of those residing in England.
Join the Campaign for an English Parliament today on St George’s Day to help bring this about.
