If you use the internet you will undoubtedly use the services of large companies’ sites. Most users use the BBC, eBay, Amazon, Play.com, uTube and others… And almost everyone also visits smaller sites. Sites which either have no income or very little. Blogs, particularly, are non-profit making and unable to pay more for hosting etc.
So it is really important that the internet does not become subject to the non-neutral pricing plans that the AT&Ts, Verizons and Comcasts of this world are keen on.
