Your banner at the top told me “tax cuts don’t mean service cuts”.
Well I hope they bloody well do! We could do with fewer people on benefits, and one way to do that is to cut them…..

I don’t think of benefits as being a service — I was thinking more of transport infrastructure, education and the nasty NHS.
What I should have said, probably, is that “Tax cuts are not reliant on service cuts.”

I know, let’s cut benefits and use the money to build more prisons!
