And it's not just health. If your child's education suffers because of a lack of resources, imagine how it wouldn't if the funding were as high as it is in Scotland... Its easily for people to ignore this when its just politician power games, but when the English are going blind due to not getting the drugs that the Scots and sometimes Welsh get on the NHS it becomes a true outrage.
