Love Penn & Teller. Did you see the episode where they got a bunch of tree-huggers to sign a petition to ban dihydrogen monoxide?
But I feel the same as you on this issue. Instead of an all-out ban, don’t you think a compromise could have been found through the licensing regime? One of the problems with that is that most smokers, who would benefit most from a compromise, don’t seem inclined to accept one. And if they won’t, I end up feeling like they had it coming to them, even though I don’t agree with a ban on principle.
