I have known for a couple of years that the government doesn’t give free training to white people (only to ‘ethnic minorities’). I wrote to the lady in charge of the free training a while ago and published the answers here.
But it seems it now goes further than the cost of training, now it extends to the provision of training at all according to This is London.
David Cameron’s walking a dangerous tightrope between public opinion, the leftwing media and his party — I understand that. But when will he say that things like that article are wrong?

Diversity has become a cheap substitute for equality. I blame the cynical professional apologists who get paid to blame every social problem on “oppression” and create morally relativistic excuses for why some people aren’t responsible for their own actions, instead of dealing with all the real underlying problems not just the ones that are “right-on”. It’s exploitative, because as long as these people are encouraged to believe they are “victims” they will never break the vicious cycles that reinforce social problems, and the professional apologists will of course still have careers patronising them whilst avoiding solving real issues that could genuinely make a difference.

What alternative do us ‘White English’ have when it comes to the next General Election ??
1. A ‘Blubbering’ Jock who was general-elected only by Jock Labour -
2. an old Etonian with a Jock name who wears a ‘green’ tie and Talks & Talks & only TALKS for the NEW Tories and wants us to ‘Hug a Muslim’ -
3. an honest & decent but old Jock ‘NEW Lib-Dem’, who also fights for ‘the middle ground’
All the time, it is we 67% White English who PAY THE HAND-OUTS to THE OTHERS: their Parliaments, Assemblies, Temples, their Palaces with civil servants, their Mosques-full-of-hatred, their bankrupt countries of origin, their Universities, their Environmental, Social & Health Services, their schools, and, most of all,
OUR OUT-OF-CONTROL, CONSTANTLY MOANING & POSTURING and SERIOUSLY OVER-PAID CIVIL SERVANTS.
