The District Council that looks after Lancing in many ways is Adur District Council. It is also subject to governance by Lancing Parish Council and West Sussex County Council in a bizarre three-tiered waste of money (only my opinion ladies and gents). The Leader of Adur Council is Cllr. Neil Parkin and the chairman is Cllr. Brian Coomber. If you have an issue, though, the best thing to do is contact the Councillor responsible for the area in which you live. I've sent you an email separately and if you reply to that and tell me where you live, I can point you in the right direction. Carle,
