In user testing, why didn’t anyone suggest to Microsoft that you should be able to delete a Windows 7 Theme by dragging it to the recycle bin? Why doesn’t Windows 7 tell users that you cannot delete a theme while it is in use?
I don’t particularly care about the answers, I just wanted to share my frustration with the world; frustration that pedantic attention to detail is missing from tech.
