In fact this blog has been designed by Themey and looks wonderfully spiffing, so long as you are using a compliant browser.
For Windows XP and Vista users that can mean Internet Explorer 7. For everyone else (but also XP and Vista users) you can (and probably should) get Firefox. See the following image (if it appears) for details:
